Dual Knurl Markings: Both knurl marks for Olympic weightlifting (IWF) and IPF make sure you know exactly where to grip. Good Spin With Bushings: Bronze sleeve bearings allow for smoother, quieter rotation and more reliable turnover under maximum loads. Volcano Knurl: Produces a reliable grip/stick without being sharp or abrasive, providing a secure grip and protecting your palms during use. Slightly Ribbed Sleeves: Compared to smooth sleeves, these sleeves provide a better grip and reduce the risk of the barbell plates slipping off. Excellent Coating: Durable chrome coating ensures longevity and resistance to wear.
